How do you ensure plants arrive safely during shipping?

We use custom-designed, eco-friendly packaging that secures the plant and its pot in place, preventing movement and soil spillage while allowing the plant to breathe during transit.

What is your policy if a plant arrives damaged?

We offer a 30-day 'Arrive Alive' guarantee. If your plant is damaged or unhealthy upon arrival, simply send us a photo within 30 days and we will send a replacement free of charge.

Do you provide care instructions for each plant?

Yes, every plant comes with a detailed care card specific to its species, covering light requirements, watering schedules, and humidity preferences to help your new greenery thrive.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once a plant has been prepared for shipment, we are unable to make changes to ensure the health of the living product.
