Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery by emailing your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- 2.Provide Photos
For any damaged or unhealthy plants, please include clear photos of the foliage and soil so our horticulturalists can assess the condition.
- 3.Prepare for Return
If a return is required for non-living items, securely pack the product in its original packaging to ensure it arrives back at our nursery safely.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
Once your request is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out a healthy new plant within 3-5 business days.
